A consistent meditation practice can help build skills to manage stress, increase focus and presence, and deepen one's connection to one's self. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term that translates to "The Science of Life." It is a holistic and individualized system that has existed for thousands of years and uses diet, herbs and lifestyle to bring balance and wellness to the Mind, Body and Spirit. The goal of Ayurveda is to live a happy, healthy and fulfiling life. Services include an initial consultation, strategic follow- up, abhyanga, panchakarma and shirodhara.
Relax & Renew with Reiki
Reiki, also known as "Universal Life Force Energy," is a gentle, nonintrusive healing modality that includes hands-on and hands-off techniques, which allows loving energy to flow through the body with ease and grace. This practice is very meditative, relaxing, and typically leaves the recipient feeling relief from stress and anxiety. It can also help increase energy and well-being. During a Reiki session, other modalities may be used to enhance the experience, such as essential oils, candles and sound healing instruments.
Rest & Restore with Sound Healing
Sound healing consists of various instruments, such as Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs and Chimes. These instruments are vibrational transmitters that resonate with us on a physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual level. The sound waves help to slow down the vibrations in the mind to a Theta or Delta state, which leads to a deeper, meditative state and turns off the mind chatter. Sound Healings can also help reduce anxiety, depression, and tension. Private and group sessions can be booked.
