Wednesdays Restorative Yoga & Soundbath - 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Rest, Restore and Rejuvenate as you soak up 432hz vibrations during this warm Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath meditation class. This class will include instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and chimes.

Wednesdays Yoga Flow - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This heated class focuses on connecting familiar yoga asanas with the breath. All levels are welcome. It is encouraged to move at your own pace and always listen to your body.
